Dentos
A complete digital platform for modern dental clinics.
01 / The challenge
The challenge
Philippine dental practices, especially multi-branch groups, typically stitch together a booking tool, a whiteboard queue, paper or generic charts, a spreadsheet for Senior/PWD and HMO billing, inventory in another app, and a separate marketing site. Appointments, walk-ins, records, invoices, and the waiting room do not talk to each other.
Disconnected booking, charts, billing, and website
Little visibility once a patient checks in
Generic records that do not model real dentistry
PH billing, HMO, and multi-branch ops that do not fit a generic invoice
02 / The solution
The solution
Nexus built Dentos as a clinic operating system, a product we operate, not a one-off client build. Patients, staff, the waiting-room display, and the public clinic site share one workflow from first booking through charting and payment.
Patient portal for booking, check-in, records, and billing
Staff dashboard for queue, EDR, invoices, and inventory
Waiting-room queue display paired to the branch
Templated public clinic websites with a book CTA
03 / The system
The system
Dentos treats dentistry as a full practice, not a calendar with notes attached.
Appointments and QR check-in across branches
Live queue for the front desk and waiting room
Electronic Dental Record: odontogram, periodontal exams, visit photos
PH-aware billing: Senior/PWD, HMO, GCash/Maya, installments
Branch-scoped inventory and a publishable clinic website
04 / The outcome
The outcome
Front desk, clinicians, and patients work from the same system. Reservations, the live queue, dental charts, payments, and the clinic website stop living in different tools, and the product stays with Nexus after launch.
